Shipping Policy:

Snazzy Creations LLC has a processing window of 7-10 business days. You will receive an initial order confirmation, followed by a shipping confirmation once your order has been scanned at the post office. Please note that the processing window does not include weekends, holidays, or the actual shipping time.

Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for the interest in our products. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If your product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us at  Raven@snazzycreations.design

 within 24 hours. Your email should include the following information:

• Order number
• Description of the damage
• Photographs to verify the issue

We will review the case, and if the damage is deemed valid, we will provide a refund or replacement at our discretion. However, if the product is deemed not to be damaged (as per our seller's discretion), you will not receive a replacement or refund.

In some cases, we may choose to issue a gift card to the buyer instead. Please note that "damaged product" refers to cracks or malfunctions with the wand or tube. It does not include air spaces that are normal when the wand is removed, or slight color differences, as these are handmade products and variations may occur.

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title to products purchased on the site transfers to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered delivered. Snazzy Creations LLC cannot provide refunds for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Most orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage Shipping and include insurance coverage up to $100. If your package is lost or damaged, you can file a claim:

For international orders, when ordering from Snazzy Creations LLC, you accept that you may incur import taxes upon arrival at your local post office. Snazzy Creations LLC will not provide refunds for package refusal due to these fees or for packages lost overseas. International orders can take a month or more to arrive, and the purchaser accepts the risk of loss, as these orders are not insured unless additional insurance is purchased.

Please be aware that most items in our store are handmade. Due to this, products may slightly differ from each other. Lip gloss products and body care products can have slight variations in color and texture. Lip gloss tubes will contain a bubble when the wand is removed. Due to the recipe of some lip glosses, bubbles may be more pronounced. Purchasers understand this variation when ordering.

Snazzy Creations LLC makes every attempt to show accurate colors of products on the website. However, the actual colors you see will depend on a number of factors including the monitor that you use, the settings of the monitor, and the hand-made nature of products. Snazzy Creations LLC does not guarantee that the display of any color will be accurate. Due to warmer temperatures during the summer. Whipped body butters melt. We are going to do everything we can on our end to prevent body butters from melting during transit. All orders will be shipped Monday-Wednesday to minimize transit time. To help prevent body butters from melting when your package is delivered, please pick it up from direct sunlight. Please note due to body butter being whipped, when melted they may appear "half full". This is not the case as the air pockets no longer exist in their liquid state. If your body butter arrives melted, you can let it cool in room temperature or pop it in the freezer.
